What is supplied with the unit?  
Q. What will a RV vacation cost?
A. RV vacations with Comox Valley RV Rentals is based on unit selected, number of nights, season, location of campground plus any additional service or products you choose. You are responsible for your campground fees.
Q. When is checkout time?
A.Unit must be ready for pickup by 10 AM.on your final day. For addition information see our Policies page
Q. How far ahead must I book?

A. We recommend that you reserve your RV 6 months to 12 months in advance, but we can usually accommodate most requests, as long as you have some flexibility in dates and RV models. It's also always worthwhile calling us even on short notice (1-888-952-7253), as we occasionally get cancellations. If you are requiring very specific dates for your vacation, we highly recommend that you book 12 months in advance.

Q. Can we bring pets with us?
A. As pet owner's ourselves we understand the need and want to bring your pet with you on your vacation. However at the moment we do not have a pet friendly rental unit. Please call 1-888-952-7273 and let us know that you would be interested in renting a pet friendly unit. So we can evaluate the need for it.
Q. Is a deposit required upon booking?
A. All that is required is a deposit of $250 to confirm your reservation. We will hold your booking for 10 days without a deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your security deposit at time of rental.
Q. What is orientation?
A. The orientation covers the operating systems of your unit, so you can have an enjoyable vacation. We also include an operating manual specific to your unit.
Q. What are the extra costs?
A. Possible extra costs that you might incur are extra people package for parties over 5, chair rentals (two chairs included in daily RV rate), table rental, fuel for the generator if you rented one and emptying of holding tanks if you are not in a full service campground.
Q. Can I move my unit to a different location?
A. The short answer, NO. Because of insurance and liability factors you can not move your rental unit. However for a hookup and mileage fee we would be happy to move it for you.
Q. What are my payment options?
A. Deposit must be received 10 days after reservation by cheque, money order or cash.  Full payment for rental and all additional services is due on day of check-in. If full payment of all fees and taxes is received 30 days prior to rental date, you will receive a 5% discount off daily unit rental rate.
